Most repairs are done right here in our store. Our technicians send a repair out to Apple only when that gives you a better repair or Apple requires it. Either way, you check in and pick up with us.

A repair is a good reminder to back up. At either location, our certified technicians can back up your photos, documents and other files before service, and they'll work to retrieve files from a damaged or unresponsive phone whenever possible. See data backup and recovery.

- How long do repairs take?
- It depends on what's wrong and whether parts are needed, so we can't give pricing or a timeframe until the diagnostic is complete.
- My iPhone got wet. What should I do?
- Turn it off, take out the SIM card and any accessories, and dry it with an absorbent cloth. Don't shake it, and don't put it in rice, because tiny rice particles can get inside. If it still isn't working once it's dry, bring it in. More in our guide, Dive Into Water Resistance.
