We deliver top-notch repair and technical services to students, faculty/staff, and the local community. We provide in- and out-of-warranty repairs using certified technicians and genuine parts. We are committed to solving our customers’ tech problems efficiently and effectively.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of computer hardware and software issues. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for Apple, Dell, Microsoft Surface, Acer and Lenovo devices.
- Produce detailed documentation on all actions taken regarding each device
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively regarding repair needs and the status of devices.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Certification in Apple, Dell, Microsoft Surface, and Lenovo, or the ability to attain these certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
